Get the exact color and options you want?
Went to look at a Barents '07 XC70 w/96k yesterday. It had the premium, convenience, and climate packages (which is what I want) but it turned out to have been in a sideswipe accident and wasn't taken very good care of. The same guy had a lunar gold '05 w/131k, perfect maintenance records and drove infinitely better, but no convenience package. Would you guys make a deal about this, I mean I would like to have the factory tint and homelink but have no real use for child locks or park assist, I just don't want it to bite me in the butt if I try to sell. Also, I feel like the price is astronomically high?

Yes, the price is high for those miles and year, perhaps he would let it go at $7k.
He just fixed the pcv, which means it was clogged: I would carefully inspect for good oil pressure and ask if the oil pan was also removed for cleaning.

I saw the pictures he took while performing the work, from what I could see it wasn't COMPLETELY clogged and he did remove the pan. I'm really kinda torn, I like the look and drive of the XC90 better (2.5T) but I'm afraid of their reliability compared to the 70

More or less the same. Only suspension's live is a bit shorter.Euro_Hobbs wrote:I'm really kinda torn, I like the look and drive of the XC90 better (2.5T) but I'm afraid of their reliability compared to the 70
