I installed a delta arm busing upside down !!!! and no beer was involved yet, Ill go and cry now

If its of any solace, you aren't the first. The difference isn't glaring enough that it is immediately apparent.

I have the axle off the car and had to cut the old ones out, I think I will cruise around and try to find a couple of power poles close together and see if the comealong will do the trick, I dont want to wreck the new link as it will take a week to get a new one- unless I go to the stealership

Are you talking about the end links or the bushings that go between the delta arms? The end links don't have an up or a down, right or a left. The bushings, however, are unique for each side of the car.

the end links, the big lollypop looking things, I thought they were tapered I know the other ones are different and can be installed upside down and backwards and probably sideways too

That is the end link, there is no difference side to side. On the ones I have changed the stud has a uniform cross section and it isn't tapered.
