speaker rattle in 2004 xc70

the dealer replaced all the front speakers twice and they are fine . The left rear is now breaking up with even the slightest bass. Male voices on A.M. will rattle the speaker. Dealer replaced left rear twice and shot foam behind door panel. Not fixed. Help.
