2000 V70R - Drilling holes for load cover

Is there a drawing or template to help do this? I am replacing the 2 side panels in my car as they are cracked, and the holes in the originals look like they were done with a chisel or blunt drill bit.

I can't get replacements with the holes drilled, and have only found one with holes done, and they look a lot better than what are in the originals. I seem to remember a post from some time back that JRL you had a template or something for this? If nothing exists, I will have a go myself making a template as at least I can't do worse than the old versions! If it makes a difference, I need the holes for the RH panel.

Couldn't wait, so made my own template and drilled it out. Not perfect as it is on an angle, but certainly much better than what was there before. Also the rubber tips of the load cover actually fit into the holes properly which they didn't before.
