Head Torque Setting

Hi, I have a big problem !!!!!! Just removed the head from my V40 and it looks like a crack just under the valve, but has gone in for repair. The real snag is the Torque settings, Can anyone help me I have the B4204T5 motor from the V40 T4 2000 model.
