where does this metal tube coming off of turbo go

2006 c70 with t5, the coolant line that comes off the top of the turbo by the intake tube it has a 3 inch rubber hose then a metal line that goes to another rubber coolant hose that I don't know where exactly it goes, i know it is behind the throttle body, i think there are two hoses around there and i figure it goes into the block, I can't remember please help thank you
