Belts are all new. I suspected the power steering pump pulley, but I replaced the pump with one from a friend and no change. The squeal is constant during idle, upon acceleration. It does not change pitch at all… just constant. Any thoughts?

If no Doctor is among your friends, then you may use a lenght of rubber hose to pinpoint the location of the source with one ear (an ear plug in the other ear is optional).
I am thinking of a bearing. You did the PS pump and belts, what about tensioners, idlers? If those items are new, then the Generator would be a suspect. I am sure the method above will help confirm.

Example of Precision: Measure with a Micrometer, mark it with Chalk, and then cut it with an Axe.
