2003 S60 Engine won't start. Smells gas.

Hi all,
My daughter's S60 cranks ok but won't start. It's a bi-fuel but the cng is shut off (pulled the cng relay) and she run it 100% on gas(oline). While cranking there's a clear gas smell at the exhaust and when I push the schrader valve on the fuel rail it skirts gas. With my generic (non volvo specific) scanner I've checked for codes. Nothing!
Any idea of what can be wrong?

Sounds like lots of gas and no spark. I'd put relay back in and give it a crank, you may want to remove plugs and crank to clear cyls, then try to start with relay in.
