2000 S70 GLT-SE, Code P0236

Hello all,

When i started the car this morning, it died immediately, started again, the rpm was rough and had to push gas pedal to keep the car running, after 10 seconds it came back to normal, then check engine light came on, obd gave P0236 code, is this the tcv code?

If you guys think i need to replace the part, can i just get the ipd's performance tcv instead?
