1990 240dl emergency brake help needed

First this will be my first Volvo ever always loved the style . I bought this beauty and it was sent to get safety check here in Ontario and Car passed with flying colors except the emergency brake part Cables are good and I bought the Parking Brake Shoe Hardware Kit and new shoes . But i need the inside guts that will put everything together its empty shell right now . Where can i get this PLEASE any direction where to buy new or used .....

Beck/Arnley part # 0841694. New parts for handbrake would be ideal, over used. Used hardware would likely be the same cost as new.

Hopefully those are the parts you need. Unsure what all else is missing. Got any images of the area with the rotor removed?
