2001 C70 Convertible Problem

My 2001 C70 convert had the rear window start to "fall out". I Fixed that but somehow the mechanical part stopped working properly in this process . I screwed up somehow. I am told the convertible is a very sensitive system. I am lost on how to get it to work properly again. Anyone on the this forum have experience with early C70 tops? I need to pick the brain of someone that's been in this position. Currently things move but not as they should... not seating right, not closing right... Anyone near NJ, NY, PA, DE that can help please let me know.

Closing this loop. I glued the window in with a product called Rino glue. Worked great. I was told that it is only sold on the Web. Using car as a sedan... meaning - not topless until I can figure it all out. Fortunately the a/c works fantastic so I will survive summer no prob.
