98 v70 misfire, need help

I recently picked up a 98 v70 awd with 196k miles. It had a slight misfire and I noticed it was blowing oil out the dipstick tube. Since I didn't know the last time someone went through and performed a tune up I decided to do that as well. Soo today I replaced the pcv system, cleaned the iac, throttle body and the valve in the intake tube before the turbo. I also installed volvo spark plugs, cap, rotor, fue) filter and wires. Now I have a slight miss at idle that smooths out around 1500 rpm and becomes a car shaking vibration at steady speeds on the highway ( running 70 mph) . I tried unplugging the maf sensor to see if it would smooth out and no luck. I don't have a ses light on. Can anyone guide me in the riight direction?

Are you sure that the plug wires got reinstalled correctly? The manuals all seem to have it wrong but if you fallow the manuals the car will barely run.

Did you gap the spark plugs to 0.028"? Most spark plugs come out of the box at about 0.045".

Since you had the intake manifold off make real sure that nothing got pinched under it when you put it back on. Spraying carb cleaner around the intake manifold will reveal a leak if there is one.
