Misfire/knock

I posted here about a week ago, and we did get the car running. It still has a loud knock and/or a misfire. Also, there was quite a bit of oil under the spark plug cover, and there is some oil on the plugs when pulled. Coil, and wires are fine, MAF when pulled changes the idle a little but not much. Timing notches are aligned and serpentine belt is brand new as well as the timing belt (recently changed). The bottom of the spark plug well doesn't look great (see attached).
