I have just replaced the pnp switch for the third time in less than two years. This last time the issue is now that the car will not shift into overdrive and the flashing arrow will not go AWAY. I have adjusted the switch several times to no avail and tried to reset the codes. If I cycle the ignition ten times the arrow will disappear for about ten to 15 seconds then reappear. I hope that someone out can suggest something to solve this problem.

Buy OEM, and watch Robert's vid: PNP Park neutral position switch replacement cleaning. Error code P0705, Volvo 850, S70, etc. - VOTD
