Key Stuck and wont shift out of park

Good Evening,

Over the last two days, I have noticed two issues I'm concerned about.

1. When putting car in park and trying to pull key out of ignition get stuck in position 1.
I have to pull on the parking brake, pull the steering wheel left and right, press hard on the brake pedal finally comes loose.
2. Same thing when starting the car up car starts fine, but can't get the car out of park without moving steering whel, parking brake, and pushing brake pedal in hard.
