Might be looking at a V70 XC for my sister next week. It would be a project car-- from the pictures sent to me it looks like somebody has been trying to work through a no start condition. Column shroud is removed lends a fair chance they were fussing with the key antenna/ immobilizer lock out.
The vehicle has been through an auction, no telling.
I'm not looking to program keys I am just wandering how/where in vida to determine the difference between 'transponder not being read' and 'transponder read but not programmed to vehicle' or is that whole area locked out without a subscription and/or a working key?
