Volvo xc90 d5 cabin heating problem

hello guys

i have little problems with mine volvo , when temperature starts down -10 to -19 i have heating problems with my volvo

what am try
- clean filter inside cabine
- fan control ok working
- wings for cooling and heating working / open close when change temperature +/-
- motor temperature normal

after 5 min start heat but not good for volvo

please if any one have problems like mee to help me to solve problem

ps. when motor working 10 minutes fluid wich come inside cabine its hot , not could .

First thing, even with the temperature gauge in the middle, the thermostat may still be stuck open.

Other possibility is the flaps inside the climate unit don't open fully, may need calibrated at the Volvo dealer.

termostat open , hot fuid come inside cabine ( am put hands and check )

am check flaps on climate and this working , when am reduce temeratur to could flaps moving normaly but air its still not hot !!!!
is there maybe some sensor wich control all this ?
