From my own personal experience, those first 2 codes ARE THE ETM FAILURE.

If your car has less than 200K miles and is less than 10 years old, you should be eligible for the ETM extended warranty.

Go to www.VEXEDvolvo.org for more info.

He lives in Estonia...not sure if they have the same warranty there or not, but it's worth asking about for him.

My local dealer said NO, but I'm not believeing it because most people does not surf in internet and tries to find solution.
I dont even know from where I should ask it. Estonia is still part of the EU.

If anyone can send me pricelist about that ETM I really preciate it.

focus,
I know you've messaged me and I helped as much as I can, but without personal experience ( don't own a car that is prone to the ETM issue) it is hard for me to know a lot of what you ask. Anyway, I suggest you read all you can on this site (if you haven't already): http://www.vexedvolvo.org/
Don Willson suggest you print out the pertinent information and take to your dealer outside of the U.S. Some countries (U.K.) will "quietly" replace the ETM for you for free. Also, make sure and read the letters from those to him from the E.U. For instance, this letter:

Volvo UK will pay up
Hi Guys
Very interesting, my ETM went at 125K after having the lambda probes replaced twice to no avail. (I think he means the oxygen sensors.)
Funny really I told the garage it was the ETM and they didn't believe me as no fault code was lodged, then after a horrendous journey with the car kangarooing up and down the motorway I went on the internet and found all of Don Willson's very useful info. (vexedvolvo.org)
I went back to my local dealer with everything printed off (including the US legal document) and told them what I thought of Volvo and how my wife drives this dangerous car (pregnant wife actually) and how I'd open a can of worms if they didn't fix it for free (bear in mind I have a 99 V70R with 125k on the clock) - 3 hours later they phoned me back to say Volvo UK agreed to replace the part and labour under warranty, not one little smacker to pay!!!
They also told me the part was different to the US one, what a load of rubbish it has the brightest yellow sticker on it with Magneto Marelli splashed all over it.
My advice don't take no for an answer Volvo UK will replace for free!!!"

Maybe your dealer/area Volvo authority (whoever that is, find out from your dealer) will also pay up if you raise enough stink. Like Don writes, 75,000 Volvo's in the U.S. have been affected. When is the Volvo company going to start taking responsibility in other countries too?

How cool. The scope of this forum, and this problem, and DonW's significant effort has brought a satisfactory resolution to many Volvo owners across many continents.

Sadly, NOT everyone is getting freebies yet, but as this information spreads, more success stories are happening.

It's really good that there is one very good Volvo forum. Ofcourse I registered before I had this ETM failure. Still it's good to know that problems what were in US can be solved even 9000 km away from there.

Yesterday I made one special topic to Volvo club Estonia forum and I was amazed that people didn't know anything about ETM problem and they paid and paid for someones crap. Ofcourse, now they are going to claim back their money.
