S60 2.4T ECM Problem

Hello,
I own a 2001 S60 2.4T and I'm having problems with my ECM module (according to local dealer). My wiper blades keep functioning continuosly even without the ignition key, everything else is working fine.
Is this problem familiar to anyone? If not, any advice where to buy an ECM at a decent price will be greatly appreciated.
