1999 volvo v70 radio and heater staying on with key out of ignition

Just as the title says. My radio and heater will stay on with car off, key out of ignition. Any suggestions? Eventually after turn it off over and over while wiggling it it will finally go off. Could it be the ignition switch? Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks

If wiggling the ignition switch can make it go off it sounds like you have probably found the culprit.
