Hi everyone,
I'll start with the basics of problems I had when I bought the 04 S80 2.5t a few months ago.
Sunroof doesn't work, interior lights only work when opening the door, front parking lights don't work but signals do, alarm works no sound, leaking fuel pump, sealed it for now. Overboost replaced tcv and routed the hoses to the proper places, cleaned maf.
Recently replaced rear O2 sensor, bad cat code still, replaced exhaust from cat back.
Last week took a short drive and when turning, I idled into the turn try to accelerate and the engine kicked down and went into engine performance reduced. Parked it for a few hours and it started fine, no mil and no code. Then when i took a 20 minute drive (first hot day) and parked it, the ecm fans ran for 20 minutes after and it was very hot to touch but ran fine until yesterday.
I drove for 20 minutes stopped to see my grand daughter it was hot out so I put her in the car to play with the ac on, it sat idling for about another 20 minutes then I put it in drive and the engine stumbled horribly like it had a chevy stall cam, then stalled mil-epr. The ecm fan kicked on again, so I let it sit for awhile to cool down. Started it up, same thing, immediately stalled. This time service engine soon was on.
Ran home got my reader and pulled these (pending) codes
Po221-Throttle/pedal position sensor/switch B circuit range/performance
P2135 Same as above but /Switch a/ b voltage correlation
P2111 Throttle actuator control system stuck open
So I started it, very little pedal response, to try to set a hard code and it did, the P2111
I got the live data, the absolute throttle position was at 39% while running and 19.2% with key turned, car off.
Ok fellas where would be a good place to start? Oh and on a side note, the car is a salvage from a flood in NJ but I find no signs of water damage or sand in the interior or under the car. Needless to say the person I bought it from (big liar), we are no longer friends.

Update. I went to see if it started today, it did and ran fine, no codes so far, it's a cool day. I haven't had any idle issues so I'm not thinking it's the throttle but the Ecu overheating possibly? I'll tinker around today to check for any loose connections or vacuum lines and check back.
