EVAP leak. - BIG! ..SOLVED

Well as it turns out.a vacuum line from the turbo control valve to the underside of the air pipe to turbo was broke. I used some washer fluid line I saved from my 1999 S70 GLT. I couldn't see it at first but I bought one of those atomic beam flash lights and it put a little light on the subject... thanks again to everyone.
