1993 Volvo 240 weak start

I have a 1993 Volvo 245 and when I start the car I have a very weak start. Sometimes I barley turn the key and it’ll start up fast but real weak. I’ve replaced the spark plugs, Ignition module and don’t suspect any hoses to be loose or not secure. I also replaced the starter about a month ago but still have the same problems. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Would replacing the coil help? Spark plug gap in correct? Any help?

What do you mean by weak? Takes a long time to start? Cranks slowly? Doesn’t start with high idle?
