What is this leaking unit behind driver side Tie Rod?

What is this leaking unit behind driver side Tie Rod?

Hello,

I noticed a steady, slow drip coming from the part in the photo attached below. 2006 XC70. It is located just behind the driver side tie rod.

It's the steering rack. Darn expensive to replace if it's the rack rather than a pipe or fitting that's leaky.

Alright, I'll be taking a closer look at it soon when I get under there for an ATF flush and suspension work. Thanks.
