13 S60 T5 AWD - no crank - code B10E5-15

I did an engine swap (identical engine, except no bent valves, lol). Had a bunch of electrical issues, but I'm down to my last code: B10E5-15 (PCM wake-up signal). When trying to start, everything seems ok, except there is no crank. In pos 3 most accessories are turned off. A buzzing sound comes from the throttle body and the starter. This continues when the system returns to pos 2 and light, accessories turn on. When you turn off, the buzzing sound stops and the throttle body undergoes alignment, through 3-4 clicks, during which the gate can be seen moving. I feel that I've checked just about everything and still don't get crank. Any ideas to troubleshoot this code? Thanks
