Hi all!
My parents have an N/A 2008 XC70 and they're running into a bit of an issue.
The dash is making the claim that the electronic parking brake is not fully released, however, the car moves fine and when the brake is engaged it does not move. Everything as it should be, minus a loud and constant alarm noise when the car is in motion.
How do I go about fixing this guys? Is there a sensor that needs to be replaced or a something I need to adjust?
Any help is appreciated
Thanks

It is a electronic parking brake. It might just need a code cleared.
Either way you need VIDA-DiCE or a Electronics Brake Tool to figure out what is wrong and adjust it.
