Mikele, the tool is actually called DICE, the software is VIDA. So you're looking for a DiCE unit bundled with a copy of VIDA. The DiCE connects to a USB port on your PC and to the OBD2 port in your car, so all you need extra is a PC capable of running VIDA.
As a sensible approach to running the software I'd suggest setting up a dedicated virtual machine in, e.g., VirtualBox running Windows7 Pro and VIDA2014D - that's what worked well for me. Do expect some issues when installing the software (a patch is needed, and at least for me, the patch required manual patching on my behalf) but they can be solved with a little help of google or the forums.

Mikele, when you buy a DiCE from the usual Hong Kong based sellers, they include a disc with VIDA and a patch required for the installation. VIDA will only recognize a DiCE unit and only the DiCE has the capability of talking to all systems in your car via all relevant buses the interfaces to which are not even present in standard OBD2 adapters. As for the software version, if you plan to use different versions of Windows (e.g. 10) I recommend to research a little bit, it may be advisable to combine with different VIDA versions. The combination I suggested is just what works for me. You should be able to find VIDA .iso online, but best obtain it bundled with the DiCE.

I got my DICE unit on ebay last year for $70. Search "Vida Dice 2014D" on ebay or the webstore of your choice.

The DICE unit worked great but didn't have success with the VIDA CD included nor Virtual Machine.

I used Rick's SW download for my WIN10 laptop

Long thread with tons of information on this subject.

Copy the magnet link in line below to your clipboard.
magnet:?xt=urn:btih:1b2995ac6b8926893e3dea41c01ce92208b19c8d

In qBitorrent go to File on the menu then select Add Torrent link.
In the box start a new line and paste the magnet link from the clipboard.
Click download.

Install instructions are here.
Also, which DICE do I need ?
Best to get one that has the full chip set and J2534.
last, Would and OBD2 wifi adapter work ? (like obd2 wifi adapter works with OBDfusion app)
Do yourself a big favor, get a DiCE. The generic OBD2 interfaces will not work with VIDA.
