C30 Manual Clutch Hydraulics Question

Post by DanaInPhilly »

Hi folks,

New forum member here. Can anyone tell me where is the fluid reservoir for the hydraulic clutch on a manual transmission C30? I can't seem to find a diagram that tells me this.

Is it pulling fluid from the brake master cylinder?

Thanks.

Greetings,

It should be under the passenger headlight assembly and it's not obvious. One long pull up U-Channel securing pin like those that cover the blank slots on the back of a computer and the whole assembly should angle out from the fender edge of the assembly.

Removed that several times and happened to see it last week. Was wondering myself if it use the brake fluid but didn't think so. Just didn't give much attention to looking for it. Will go ahead and siphon the fluid and replace coming up thanks to your post.
Blessings,

BKM
