Left side trans mount counter weight

Left side trans mount counter weight

I am tried to change the left side engine/trans mount but the original counter weights holes do not line up.
The new counter weight part number is 323a69 (my original one is 322a40).m and has SLOTTED screw holes. I can't seem to find this part anywhere. Does any one know if I can just create SLOTTED holes in the original to make it work or are the weights of the plates different ??
