ABS BCM message failure

2005 S60 2.5T 140k
So six months ago I decided to replace the ABS pump motor with a junkyard donor. It worked for these six months but the doomed message has appeared again this week.
Has anyone found a solution?
Has anyone used Xemodex or another company and refurbished the unit?

I'm clueless as far as an alternative solution to Xemodex.

I faintly remember them wanting to know your ABS codes. In my case, I had no way of knowing them, so, in desperation I did the $600 (I think it was $600 several years ago) Xemodex ABS repair/return. This was probably 80k ago & zero issues to date. Their shipping to/from is incredibly fast.

Edit, just checked, looks like $500 now, not sure if that covers shipping costs.
