All three of your post are run on sentences. Cannot tell where one clause ends and another begins. That creates a multitude of possible interpretations. It is your responsibility to write clearly. Nobody is under any obligation to sort out your grammatical mess. Asking anybody to do so is asking too much.

We do not expect perfect but we do expect it to be readable.

If anyone knows anything about cars. It's understandable if you don't have a clue on how things work you should just take it to the dealer you shouldn't be on this site as for run on sentences I don't care.as long as the people who know something have info it's gratefully accept Ed

Hi Scotimmo,

I am wondering if you got your issue resolved at all? I believe I have the same problem.

If anyone else can help, please share your ideas. I have posted this problem here https://www.volvoforums.org.uk/showthre ... ost2720348 as well

Thanks,
Mag

Take your battery fully charged to a Auto parts store and have them bench test it. The bench test will measure the Voltage and Current capacity.

A battery can have full voltage at rest then voltage drops when loaded. You might try placing a volt meter across the battery then watch the voltage as you turn the key.

Halfords (the auto store) have confirmed the battery is good. Specifically, here are the test results:

Rating: 800 EN1
Measured: 726 EN1
Volts: 12.81 V
Int. R: 3.41 mOhm
Life: 87%

Battery: Good

I guess the problem lies with the car somewhere. Waiting for the auto electrician/mechanic now because I have exhausted little knowledge I have about cars.

Thanks everyone for your input so far. Will update once the issue is resolved.

Can you describe your problem , please?

I can’t decipher the word salad of the original poster, which also isn’t tolerated here for that very reason.

Your post is fine , mag.
