Is my car supported on VIDA 2014d?

Hi All,

I have a 2015 V60.

When I plug the DiCE in to the car the FW light flashes green as expected but the Vehicle status LED starts and continues to flash orange, I am pretty sure it's supposed to stay a steady orange.

When I plug it in to the USB port the USB LED steadies and the VIDA - DiCE connection tests all pass successfully but I am getting the following error when I try to get the information from my car.

'Not possible to read out information from the vehicle. No response from the vehicle. Possible causes are: Ignition is not on, vehicle is older than model year 1999, defective CEM/CDM'

Even when I enter the VIN manually, I don't get much info. I have seen other posts that show diagnostic info when they enter the VIN manually.

I would be very grateful of some help.

Try to use different partner groups. If it still does not work, your car can be read online vida only.

Shouldn't the 'Vehicle status' LED be steady regardless of having a connecting to VIDA?

Vehicle status LED flash only when VIDA send communication frames to CEM through DiCE.
