244 bad starting

Hi, my 1980 244 is hard to start. (again) it runs on 3 or 4 cylinders when it starts and runs rich/fluffy when it does and runs a low idle until it warms up. after that it runs fine but seems on the rich side. Done plugs,injector o-rings, compression test, check valves,cold air injector and/or starter valve. Thanks (280,000 ks, auto but good nick)
