Electrical question with pics

Post by superfing »

Recently had all my belts replaced and new water pump. After picking up the car, I keep blowing fuses 1,2. Fuse 1 blows upon turning the key. Fuse 2 only blows when I pull the lever to most the front window.
I noticed a wire that looked to be unplugged. See the two pics. Does it plug in right there?

The wire mess is near the front passenger headlight. What's it go to? Causing a bad ground?

I'm also in process of replacing wiring on both sides of rear hatch due to typical broken wiring. When I unbolted the hinge that connects the roof to the rear hatch i noticed a wire soldered to each side of the hinge. It was broken. What's it for and do o need to get it re soldered?

What manual is best for wiring Haynes or something else?
