FCP has both VOLVO and INA/ Conti tensioner and belt. Obviously, the VOLVO is 2x the price of both INA tensioner and Conti Belt. Am I being penny foolish about not getting Volvo vs INA/ Conti?
PLUS...is the procedure for 2013 the same as other earlier year models? I have not been able to find a video for other than the P2. I like to know beforehand what I am getting myself into!

My 2013 had two separate belts. The smaller of the two belts is a stretch belt and you should absolutely use the Volvo part for that. The other belt has a tensioner and you can use any brand there.
