ID help, small valve(?) right side engine block

What is this thing circled in green?

I tried to look in the Bentley manual, but couldn't find it. I'm probably looking in the wrong section.

Weird, the pic shows for me even on another device. I'll try again. Anyway, it's a small nipple directly aft of the oil filter.

The photo problem was on my side. I had blocked the image.

The nipple is the block coolant drain.
