MVS Volvo Meeting in Europe ?

Hy Buddies,

Could it be a nice plan to organize a MVS Meeting in Europe in 2 years, the time to fix every step to ?

Is there a map of where Fabulous MVS Members are located (by country for example...) ?

Out of my head, I'd say we have 2 or three skandinavian members, Misha in Serbia, Hausmeister and myself in Austria, one or two in France. Maybe there are more in the P2 and up fora.

It's not necessary to be a thousand, just some buddies if so, that is cool also be fine. What about Copenhagen in Denmark for the meeting ?
1600 Kms to me from Grenoble.

I’ll send you MVS t-shirts, Manovlov. But the soonest I could get them out would be around 18 August. If that works, could you distribute them at the meet?

My idea would be to find a town - place where the distance for each of the buddies would drive the same distance approximately. Maybe Denmark is not the right place to choose...

Well, I'd be in if timing and distance are within reach. But with the currently passed EU climate bill I doubt any one of us Europeans has extra miles for vacation or fun in the future. Austria, for example, just has to cut emissions by 55 percent till 2030. Even if we stopped heating our buildings and forbid car and plane traffic at all we still would not hit the target...

Hey Clemens,

You're right. When we know that in 2018, 4 billions of people have taken a plane to travel... Anyway, i keep the idea in mind.

May be Prague ? But for sure, some of us will have to drive a bit more than the others.
