XC70 rattles

I think i have found the annoying rattle on my 2001 XC70.

The top radiator brackets was loose, that top fender to fender (radiator support bracket) needs to be removed to gain access to do it up

I also found the catalylic converter heat shield itself rattles but also was knocking the firewall heatshield.

I removed the firewall heatshield completely because the material was falling apart (fire risk?). I intend to spray some rubber product.

I also found the rubber hose that goes onto the bonnet (hood) can vibrate and make an awful noise.

At this stage i cannot say if there is increased engine noise but i can hear the turbo better and i like it.

However this maybe because also removed the wiper/fresh air cowling drain pipe (there are two with rubber flaps) and realised that sound and gases from the engine/turbo can potentially come directly into the cabin if the rubber flap doesnt close properly it can also make a flapping noise.
