Brake hose question

You all recommended I change the hoses on my 2006 XC70 - 100K miles. I am doing the front only this week. Purchased the parts, but wondering...Are there washers between the hose and main line and then, caliper? I could not find them listed in any of the suppliers. I would hate to take this apart to find that I am missing washers!

There are none - these are direct connections.

I'm not sure why people are telling you to replace your front or rear brake hoses on an 06 model. But I have found that the same year S60 model at a junkyard will virtually swap out for the parts on a V70 XC. I've gotten both my rear brake hoses from that at a junkyard. I've got an 02 V70 xc. That and engine parts as well if other people did not know that. Like engine mounts and such.
