V70 2.5T oil/coolant in sparkplug chamber...

Post by justincase13 »

Hello,

I just pulled my plugs to do a compression test and I noticed oil and coolant mixed in cylinder 2..

The compression test came back 160-170 on all cylinders and my next test is a leak down test.

Does anyone have a clue as to how this concoction is getting into this area?

The car runs good, no smoke, but has been eating a little coolant.

I agree that it must have come in from above. Would clean and periodically check as darylrobert suggests.
