I'm stumped on getting the O2 Sensor connection apart
I'm just not seeing a release on the thing------------Have spent 2 hours poking screwdrivers into every crevice/opening just trying to get lucky an havent. I'm prob going to feel stupid when someone tells me how to open up the connector. This is an 01 S60 . Pictures isnt the O2 sensor connector but another just like it i could get to to picture Thanks for any help

You are going to squeeze the part to the left then separate the two parts of the connector.
It’s really easy to get the parts that separate wrong, so take a good look at it until you figure out the two so you are pulling the right things apart

Please note. I share your frustration with the large variety of electrical connectors on Volvos. Each one is an IQ puzzle , a tantric tantrum for a nattering nabob of numbskullery
What I do appreciate is the high quality and low failure rate of these connectors compared to other makers. Make sure put them back where they come from, snapped into a holder somewhere
