Door open issues

Update and major questions:
Dash still reads that the driver's door is 'open'. I had another new door actuator, so I installed it...no change...so it aint the door lock actuator. But, in doing the job this morning, I noticed that the main, fabric coated harness that is in the door...coming in from the door jam, was WET. The fabric was wet...I assume that water is NOT supposed to be in the door interior. That said... Here are some other bits...If you hit the unlock on the door or key fob, you can hear the actuator click... All other door functions work (Bliss, windows, mirrors).
Attached is a readout from a diagnositic tool that a fellow forum mate used earlier today.
Where do I start? If I take it to the dealership, I might as well give them my first born! I am not electrical savvy, but can take apart anything and put it back together. I need guidance
