As BEJinFbk mentioned after Crash you have Crash data in your SRS module which by over 95% cases wont go away with usual OBD readers but programming.

But...even if they don't have VIN in them...it's tied up with other modules via CAN network and it should be re-programed to be accepted from other modules in the car. After first test I think i need adjust Speed conversion slightly. I belief this is from VSS sensor? I need pull ABS fuse and go verify.
