Installed the new throttle cable today. After watching a couple of YouTube videos, I was expecting this to be an involved hassle, due to the firewall connection. I'd go to a heavy / fleet truck parts place, and ask them about it. Large trucks have lots of high pressure hoses to deal with. We have a local place like that, and they make the hoses onsite. It's been awhile since I've had to do it, but they might even use your metal ends; just recrimp with a new ...

That throttle cable looks like it's at the end of its life,
I just replaced mine a few weeks ago, due to the cable hanging up inside the sheathing. It adjusts by threading the square piece that slips into the mounting bracket.
