If I remember correctly, earlier turbos (MY01/02?) don't have it.

Mine is NA and puts out plenty of power for me to get around with. Imagine torque you have at 4000 RPMs. Multiply it by ~1.33 and stretch evenly between 1500 and 4500 RPMs. That's 2.5T.
