last belt i changed I just lined it up and locked the cams, switched the belt , rotated the engine a couple of times by hand to confirm and it was done. If it was timed good at the beginning it will be the same after.

Just solved this same issue yesterday. Its likely not the fan. Vida should show relay signal missing if you do a new scan. Its probably the purple wire.
