Re: High beams not working.
The relay looked like this. I swapped it with the one for the fog lights, and now the high beams work!

Re: Where can I get bulbs for my dash?
Turns out some of the bulbs fell out of their black socket. I dissasembled the instrument cluster, put the bulbs back in with a little super glue to prevent them from falling out again.

I had instrument cluster issues, and although the instrument cluster was erratic, the headlights worked as normal. The other issues do seem like they could be caused by a faulty instrument cluster though.

Re: Right rear shock bad.
My Volvo has almost 300k miles and I’m not sure when or if the suspension was replaced, so I’m assuming it’s failing due to being worn out.
