I seem to recall Volvo ignition can be finicky. I’d stick with what FCP shows as the Volvo OEM. IMO 100k for plugs should be ok, coils at 200k.

At 120k and 20 year old I’d focus more on belts and fluids (steering, brakes and drivetrain)

I used the old subframe bolt and a Harbor Freight electric impact to drive them home. Just make sure they are squared up and straight before pulling the trigger.
