Those look beautiful. Unfortunately here it seems cost prohibitive, nearly same cost as buying new (aftermarket) wheels or like new used.

Definitely want to replace that ball joint, or at minimum seat it properly. If you remove the brake caliper, strut and tie rod a local shop could press new ones in for you for cheap. Those cutoff wheels also work well to hack off seized swaybar linkages that break two torx wrenches. Nuts come off easier when cut in half!
