XC90 Windshield Wiper Arm Assembly Installation
. The 2012 SUV was purchased with the driver's side arm not moving. It snapped but not sure how that could have happened though I haven't thought to check the hood. Perhaps someone was upset . 1) Removed cowl cover which was pretty straight forward. 2) Needed a wiper arm removal tool as there...

Found it. Sirrus XM stuck on update. Known issue, there is a TSB/lawsuit in the works. Pulled the power plug and installed shunt so the radio still works. Volvo part # 8688083.

Re: What is up with this dipstick?
This very much look like a 99+ dipstick in a -98 tube. I dont think you can get the old one brand new anymore and the new style one is often advertised as compatible, so a previous owner probably replaced it without noticing Image borrowed from IPD dipstick page https://www.ipdusa.com/products/9673/...

Re: How is the handling affected by a bad Trailing Arm Bushing?
.
Lift the rear and do a shake down. I'm thinking worn shocks first rather than a bushing. Any mushy boat like feel, kind of like loosing your balance is more shock related than a bushing which should shift abruptly or make noise. Won't rule the bushing out however.
